Zoo Time

I can't believe I haven't written in so long. Wow...to catch up...we ended last weekend with a dinner at Shogun Saturday night and then a trip to the mall Sunday. This week was pretty quiet. Mom came over Tuesday night for dinner and her and L.J. played in the sandbox forever. I had a dentist appt and L.J. went with me. Jay came up there to take him for me while I had my teeth cleaned, but he wanted to stay and was really good. He even got to take a ride up and down in the chair.

Friday night we just went to eat at Sonny's. Saturday we went with Corey, Jenn, and Brooklynn (and her sister, Matt and Kayley) to Lowry Park Zoo. L.J. started out a little rough because we had to wake him up, but he ended up being pretty good as long as he was walking around by himself. He didn't want to be held.

Last night we went to Corey's to watch the fight and then today we went fishing on Eagle Lake. Jay got three fish and I got nothing but a little too much sun. L.J. had a good time casting his little fishing pole with the little red fish plug on the end into the water. He did that forever and then pretended to drive the boat, pushed all the buttons on the depth finder and ate lollipops. He loved it when we went really fast.
