Yesterday we did it to ourselves again. Dad, Jay and Brian all went fishing so Mom, Christy and I decided to go to Lakeside Village for a little shopping. What makes us forget the previous shopping trips with 3 boys??? It's really very difficult to shop with any of them, let alone, all of them. Anyway, we made through a few stores, ate lunch at Crispers and then came home and went in the pool.
Last night Dawn and I went to dinner at the Melting Pot in Orlando. It was really good. Just when you think you're too full to go on...the chocolate comes out and it all changes. L.J. and I just stayed at Mom's last night since the guys were still gone.
L.J. had his two year checkup today. He was all happy in the waiting room until they called his name. He started crying as soon as they said it, like he knew what was coming.
Stats:
33 lb.
36" tall (woohoo-he can ride the bigger roller coasters now)
Percentile compared to other 2 year olds:
95% Weight
90% Height
The doctor was very surprised that he had sprouted up so much, but wasn't concerned about it because he is proportioned well. When I said his Daddy was 6'2", she just shook her head like "Oh, ok, that explains it." He was soooo ready to get out of there, but we had to wait for the shot for Hep A and finger stick for the hemoglobin and lead check. What an ordeal! At least we don't have to do it again until 3 years now unless he gets sick between now and then.
