Birthday filled weekend! L.J. is 3!

Saturday we had L.J.'s birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. He loved it, it was definitely the right kind of party. We got there at 10am so it wasn't crowded, we had a small group of people and there was pizza and cake. Perfect! He ran around and played games, thought blowing out the candles was fun, and watched Chuck E. from afar during the birthday singing and dancing. There was no way he was getting close to him, but he loved waving to him. Most of the other kids and adults had already made it back out to the game area, but Titus stood there with L.J. and watched and danced along.

After the party we went back to mom's house and the boys played together and swam (when it wasn't raining). L.J. stayed at mom and dad's that night and Jay and I went to Opie and Terasa's baby shower and then to Southern Comfort. It was a long day.

Sunday we went and picked up L.J. and went over to Corey's for a cookout for Jenn's birthday (her and L.J. share the same day). The weather finally cleared up enough for L.J. to swim and then he didn't want to get out of the pool...he's our little fish.
