The B week...

Saturday Jay went fishing so Brian, Christy, Mom and I took the boys to Dinosaur World. I was so bummed when I realized that I didn't have the memory card in my camera...so I only got to take 11 pics. I think I got some cute ones though. The boys loved running around the trails, digging for fossils and brushing the sand off the bones in the Boneyard. After that we went to Cracker Barrel for lunch. That night was the Juniors Poker Tournament so mom kept L.J. while Jay and Dad both played and I worked it.

Sunday we went over to pick up L.J. and just hung out at mom and dad's for a while. Then after L.J.'s nap we met Mom, Dad and the boys over at Eagle Ridge mall to eat at Chili's and go bowling. L.J. and I stayed at mom's that night because I had to watch all three boys on Monday morning while Christy had gone back home to do payroll at work.

Monday morning we went to Christina Park for about 2 hours. The weather was beautiful and the boys had a blast playing on the park equipment and then in the dirt. Christy will never leave them with me again :) We met her at Sonny's for lunch when she got back into town then took the boys back to mom's and let them swim before dinner.

Tuesday Christy and I shopped a little and took the boys over to see Grandpa. Then we took him to Pizza Hut for lunch with us. All the boys were very well-behaved for the little bit of shopping that we did. We also made a trip out to mom's work so Jennifer could see how much the boys had grown.

Today L.J. and I have been at the house. We are studying the letter B this week so we have made tissue paper butterflies and flew them around the living room, colored pages out of the Bee Movie coloring book, glued B items onto a big cardstock B, and made brownies. He helped count the eggs and beat the mix up before walking around licking a beater for about 20 minutes.

On the potty training front, it's slow, but progressing a little more each day. He is excited about it when he goes, but he just hasn't figured out how to tell us he has to go before it's too late sometimes. I feel like an obsessive person about it when we're here and he has on underwear. I am constantly asking him if he has to go or taking him in because I feel like it's about time. I guess that's what it's all about...getting me trained to take him to the potty.

Here are just a few new layouts...
