What a weekend!

Thursday Mom, L.J. and I went down to Cape Coral to see Caleb's Christmas Program. He was so cute and sang really loud! Then Friday I went and had my eyes checked and Mom went to eat lunch with Bryant at school while I stayed at Christy's house with Caleb and L.J. When Bryant got out of school we picked him up (with one front tooth missing) and headed back to Lakeland. Friday night we went to the Lights of Lakeland event at the local church. L.J. was still scared of all the characters, but some of them were his favs so we held him up to snap a few pics of Blue and Barney.

Saturday we hung out at the house while Dave and Jay went fishing. L.J. played and I made cookies. That night we met mom and dad and Bryant and Caleb over at Cypress Gardens. All the boys had a blast riding all the kiddie rides and of course L.J. rode some of the adult ones too. By the end of the night Bryant lost the other front tooth...All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth...come on sing with me!

Sunday we went to the Christmas Program at Dave and Janie's church. It was an excellent program with lots of singing so L.J. was pretty well behaved...a little squirmy...but good overall. Then we went with them and Betty and Leroy to Fred's Market for lunch before heading to the grocery store and then back home to get ready for Monday's party.

Dressed for church...

So today was the Lakeland Moms on the Move Holiday Playdate here at our house. Twenty kids all 4 or under. Whew! What a chaotic, but very fun event. There were kids everywhere...upstairs...downstairs...outside. We did a book exchange for the kids and had lots of yummy food. Good times!

Now we are resting and getting ready for the rest of the week.
