Gym-tastic!

Yesterday was our second attempt at GymEtc. This time L.J. loved it and we were there the entire hour. A group of us met an hour before and walked the Fort Fraser Trail for a little exercise before the playtime. I think maybe that helped since he was strapped into a stroller for so long that he just wanted to get out and run. He even got in the bounce house (after I went in with him the first time). There is nothing graceful about an adult trying to get in, and worse get out of a bounce house. I'm glad he enjoyed it!

Today we met for our Monthly LMOMs lunch date. We decided to try SPICE (the new Thai and Sushi place). The food was great however, I ate my sushi in the car on the way home. We were kinda crowded into this little room and all the kids were a little nutso from it. Plus L.J. wanted to eat the nuggets I brought for him as soon as we got there. So...5 nuggets, a few french fries and a handful of Teddy Grahams later, my food was not there yet and he was ready to go. Next month we are going to Fred's Market where we get our own room with a door so the kids can run around and it's a buffet so the food is ready as soon as we get there. I would recommend SPICE though for Sushi lovers. The sushi lunch special was very reasonable - 2 rolls of your choice, soup and an egg roll for $8.95. Not bad at all for all that.

I have mom and Christy hooked on getting Memory Purses now so I have been busily creating their inserts (www.memorypurses.com). Here is one of my inserts, and I have already made a few more for myself that I will post later. You just slide the picture into the side and it snaps shut. One purse, unlimited possible looks.
