Saturday Jay worked and fished, L.J. went to the park with Dave & Janie and Mom and I ran/walked our first 5K race!!! It was a lot of fun and even though we had to cross an enormous bridge we both made it without dying. LOL! Mom (Ms. Speedwalker) finished in 38:21 and I did in 44:50. I was just so happy that I ran the majority of it. The only parts I walked were the uphills of the bridge.

After the race we did a little shopping and had lunch with Cheryl before Jay, L.J. and I went over to see Gina at the Fishers for her one night only appearance in Lakeland.
Sunday we did a little fishing first thing and then went out to Corey's where L.J. spent 2-1/2 hours in the pool that was freezing cold. He was loving it even though he was the only one who would stay in it. Then last night we went back to the Fishers again for a fish fry. L.J. and Brooklynn had a blast playing with some teenagers that were there who kept scaring them and acting like monsters.

Way to go to you and your Mom! I have to say those are some nice bass too! But I don't like coming and reading your blog because it makes me want to move so much more! ;)
