While I was gone, L.J. stayed with mom and dad and then Jay got him and they went to Gannon's birthday party on Saturday. He rode around in the Ranger with all the kids down by the creek and Jay said he had a good time.
Sunday Dad and Jay went fishing so that's what we ended up with that night for dinner...fresh fish.

Monday started the Book Fair at L.J.'s school so he got to pick out a few new books...A Knight to Remember (Veggie Tales) and a Wow Wow Wubbzy book. We also played with the new PlayDoh sets that I got him on Sunday.

Yesterday Mom and I met to try and see how fast we could do the 5K. Wrong! I was so messed up from having this cold all week that I couldn't catch my breath to run very far. Then when I'd stop running I couldn't walk very fast so Mom ended up passing me speed walking and finished before I did. Hopefully this will go away so I can really work on my time next week.
