"T" Week and a big ole mess!

The week started out pretty good. We are studying "T" so we've glued T items onto a big T, made a necktie (which L.J. was all into coloring, but did not want to wear), tip-toed around the house, glued some trees made out of shapes onto paper, traced our hands to make turkeys, and my favorite...we tie-dyed a shirt for him.

We also made our first official trip out to a store with big boy underwear on. I was so nervous because we went to the big Walmart and I had a pretty big list of things to get. So armed with an extra pair of shorts and underwear we went shopping. He actually made it all the way through the store and all the way home with no accidents. Obviously it was just a little something to get me excited so I wouldn't be so upset over what was to come the next day. Wednesday he decided to go #2 on the floor upstairs, step in it and then come all the way downstairs to tell me. YUCK!!!! I know this is a tad gross to be reading but just imagine being me having to clean up a million little footprints on the carpet. UGH!

So it's been a messy week, but even so, he's still making pretty good progress.
