Portrait Studio nightmare!

Monday and Tuesday we just stayed at home and L.J. did very well with the potty. Wednesday I took him over to mom and dad's to swim. He made it over there and back with no accidents. YAY!

Yesterday was our nightmare at Olan Mills. Here's the story...
We had an appt for 11am...we were there at 10:55. The girl opening didn't get there until 11:05, then had to turn on the computers, lights, equipment, etc. Then she helped the two girls there in front of me who were picking up pics. Finally I asked if we could go on back into the room since L.J. was getting very agitated. At 11:20 she comes back and we start to pose him...and he's not in the mood anymore...wouldn't you know, the camera's not working because she didn't have something connected right. Soooo...11:30 we start taking pics...got a couple decent ones, but nothing great...I was pissed, L.J. was over it and she was not even good at trying to get him to smile. Anyway, we got the one shot for mom to put with the pics of Bryant and Caleb which was the main reason for going because she wanted one of L.J. in a matching outfit. I also got the little cheapy package of another shot just to have them. We'll definitely be going somewhere else to get his real three year pics done.

This week has been the "P" week for our playgroup. We've made popcorn, pasted P word and pics to a large cardstock P that hung on the wall, painted a flower pot, colored Pablo the Penguin pics, went swimming in the pool, and then had our playdate today. We met at the park with our picnic lunches (PB & J sandwiches), flew the parachute and planted some petunias and pansies in our painted pots.
