Santa Shopping done!!!

This week was a little crazy. Monday I had a Dr. appt so mom was off and watched L.J. while I went. Tuesday we waited around all day for the cable guy to come check our connection - he showed up and said "Is everything on right now?" I said yes and he left. Boy I'm glad I waited for that!

Wednesday I had a dentist appt and a hair appt so mom was off again and watched L.J. They went to Toys R Us and then met me at Lake Bonny Park for lunch.

Thursday L.J. got a haircut and then that night went to Dave and Janie's so I got to go shopping!!! Woohoo! I had no idea what we (Santa) was going to get for L.J. so I went up and down the aisles at TRU looking at everything. He ended up with a tee ball setup, a bump and go airplane, a Diego viewmaster and other cartridges, a handheld electronic ABC game, a bounce ball with a handle, a soccer ball, and some other little goodies. I also finished up shopping for all my nephews. Now if I only knew what to get all the adults in my life.

Yesterday we had a playdate at the park and then last night our mom's group met downtown at Black and Brew to discuss our Christmas Party for the kids. I am hosting it at my house and I think we planned some fun stuff...cookie decorating, a couple art projects, playing with the parachute, and we're going to hide some little toys in the sandbox for them to find. Jay and L.J. walked around downtown looking at the lights and then went and had pizza for dinner.

Today we are supposed to be getting down all the Christmas stuff and decorating so I might have pics later on that.
