Jetski Rides - what a blast!

Saturday we went over to mom and dad's so L.J. could play with Bryant and Caleb. They went to Banana Lake Park while I did my 5 miles for the day. Then we went back and swam for a long time, the boys rested and then played outside. We ate dinner there while Jay went to watch the UFC fight with Corey. Here are some pictures of our day with the boys...

Yesterday we went over to Lake Tennessee for a cookout at a friend of Corey's. He had a pool, a beach area down by the lake and jetskis for everyone to ride. L.J. went on his 1st jetski and loved it - I see us getting one of those in the near future. He played down by the water and in the sand for a long time. Then the guys all participated in the obstacle course. They had to run and jump on the Slip and Slide, run down to the dock, jump off, swim to the floating trampoline and pull themselves up (not very easy), bounce off of that, swim to shore, chug a beer, and then drive the jetski out around the ski ramp and back. Out of our three guys the times were...Jody (2min 18 sec), Jay (2min 52 sec), Corey (2min 55 sec). Jay and Corey both made sure they didn't waste any of the beer and both had problems starting the jetski. Dawn and I brought L.J. home after being there for over 4 hours so he could go to bed and the guys stayed and rode the tube pulled behind the boat and jetski and shot off fireworks.
